E3: Nintendo’s press conference

Nintendo’s press conference starts 9.00am PDT (Los Angeles time) or 18.00 CET (Eurpean Central Time). Spellingmistakes may happen.

Microsoft will be the first to kick-off the E3 press conferences. It start at 8.30pm PDT (Los Angeles time) or 05.30am CET (Central European Time).

My first reaction is that it was an OK press conference. There where no big suprices, but more of confirmation that we may have heard roumers about or thougt would be announced to night (or morning, depends on where you live).

PlayStation 3 price-cut in North-America

Sony is cutting the the price of PS3 by US$100, so the 60GB PS3 will now cost you $499. Sony have also confirmed that they will release a 80GB PS3 version with Motorstorm included at $599. This version is available from August in North-America. There is now when and if Europe will get a price cut. (Source: Playstation.com)

The PlayStation 3 sale on Amazon.com have gone up 2700% the last day since news of the price-cute was released yesterday.

E3: The press conferences

The Big Three, Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony will have press conferences before E3 starts. And they hopefully will reveal some good news about upcoming games. I’m looking forward to it and will when the conferences are over, post news on my blog that interest me (and maybe you too).

This is the press conferences (the times are for LA, USA):

Microsoft – Tuesday 10th at 8:30 PM PST (Wednesday 11th, 05.30 AM CET)

Nintendo – Wednesday 11th at 9:00 AM PST (Wednesday 11th, 18.00 CET)

Sony – Wednesday 11th at 11:30 AM PST (Wednesday 11th, 20.30 CET)

The time and date in ( ) is for Central European Time. People in UK have to -1 hour. I do hope my time calculation is right.
