Mario Kart Wii

Mario Kart Wii is now available in Europe, since Friday April 11. I bought the game this weekend and have played as much as my time has allowed me. So here is my small review/test of the game.

The game is in no way revelutionary, but that is not a bad thing. Mario Kart is a good game. Nintendo gives us 32 courses, 16 new ones and 16 taken from previously versions from SNES, N64, GameCube, GBA and the DS version.

You can play alone in Grand Prix, Time Trails, VS Game and Battle. Or you can play with up to three of your friends on the Wii (localy). If that is not enough, then you can go online and play with up to eleven other players. A 12 player online is great.

To controll the game, you have some choiches. You can use the Wii-mote, Wii-mote and the Nunchuck, the Classic Controller or a GameCube controller. When playing multiplayer, you can offcource use a combination of all of this.

I will recommand this game. You will have a great time. More players, the better.

I have posted some videos here.
