Is this your Christmas present? I came across this on Play-Asia.com. It’s a handheld Sega Mega Drive (or Genesis in the US) with 20 build in games. Sadly, non game are listed, but as the picture below shows, it looks to include Sonic & Knuckles and Ecco the Dolphine. I can’t figure out the two others. You can also connect the handheld to TV (uses NTSC).
