Xbox 360: The new experience

Last week at PAX (Penny Arcade Expo) Larry Hrub (aka Major Nelson) demostrated the new Xbox experience. Some nice people taped it and posted it on YouTube. The video do have a lot of shaky camera, so until we get an official video, this is what you can watch.
