Wii: Virtual Conosle games – Europe – Friday December 14, 2007

We in Europe have allready got one game this week, Pokemon Snap. But today is Friday, and the usual Virtual Console gameday, two new games.

Mega Man 2
NES – 1990 by Capcom – platformer – 1 player – 500 points – age 7+

Regarded by fans as one of the greatest action games of all tim, mega Man 2 is the second title in the seminal Mega Man series. With two more stages and two more bosses than the previous instalment, this game offers a whopping eight stages to conquer, populated by eight devious bosses.

The year is 200X. Dr. Light’s super robot, Mega Man, had succeeded in smashing the evil ambition of the nefarious Dr. Wily, and peace reigns over the planet.

However, Dr. wily proves to be a hard man to keep down, and has returned with an army of eight new robots in tow to challenge our hero. can Mega Man save the world again?

When their home planets are attacked by the evil Cpatain Klapton, space bounty hunters Roddy and cathhy spring into action to save the galaxy!

This comical side-scrolling arcade game features action across both foreground and background planes, which you can switch between at the press of a button. Play solo or simultaneously with a friend as you jump, bash and blast your way through worlds of the forest, ice, wind and fire.
